Shipping policy

At Waterhub, we deliver to all areas across South Africa.

Shipping Rate
A flat rate of R95 applies to all orders, regardless of size or location within South Africa.

Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping takes 3–7 working days from the date your order is dispatched. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier availability or events outside our control.

Courier Delivery
All orders are dispatched via courier. Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
