A tank gauge is a device that shows the water (or liquid) level inside a storage tank at a  glance. It is used for rainwater harvesting, municipal water tanks, or any water storage system and is essential for managing water use efficiently .Most modern tank gauges use a mechanical float system, which moves a dial on the gauge to show whether the tank is empty, full, or at an intermediate level.
